FS#1713 - Bulk signing of packages

Akabei requires all packages to be signed. Not all packages on our server have a signature, so they are currently rejected. This limites the scope of the testing we can do.

The most secure way to fix this is a bulk signing through GPG forwarding; however our server current has an older GPG version that does not include this feature. We need to upgrade to a newer GPG somehow (current proposal is to switch the file server from Debian to Ubuntu).

This task does not depend on any other tasks.

Reason for closing:  Implemented
Additional comments about closing:  server updated, bulk sign is now possible. I suggest to use the script sign_remote_pkg.sh
